Prices and Payment
All prices are shown at checkout before you place your order.
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay and UnionPay.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not receive or store your full banking or card information.
The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable for your order. We do not charge hidden fees after checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed and paid before 10:00 PM London time are entered into processing starting from the same working day. Orders placed after 10:00 PM London time will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, Monday to Saturday. The total estimated delivery time is typically 5–9 working days.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high order volumes, public holidays or circumstances outside our direct control.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations
