1. Scope
Game Supply is a business-to-consumer online shop intended exclusively for customers located in the United Kingdom.
The shop sells digital GTA 6 pre-order codes for PlayStation 5 and Xbox. No physical goods are supplied.
2. Customer Requirements
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Orders must be placed for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Product Information
The applicable platform, game edition, included content and price are shown on the relevant product page before checkout.
Editions may differ between product listings. Customers must check the selected platform and edition before completing payment.
4. Worldwide-Use Codes
The codes sold by Game Supply are intended for worldwide use. Customers must still ensure that their platform account, console and technical setup meet the activation requirements shown on the product page.
5. Pre-Order Status
All products offered by Game Supply are pre-orders. The full purchase price is charged when the order is placed, but the code is not delivered immediately.
The order confirmation email records the product, platform, edition, price and email address associated with the order.
6. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes are included in the total displayed during checkout.
No physical shipping, customs or digital delivery fee is charged.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed when the pre-order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- American Express;
- Cartes Bancaires;
- Apple Pay;
- PayPal; and
- Shop Pay.
Card payments, Apple Pay and Shop Pay are processed through Shopify Payments. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal.
8. Payment Authorisation
An order can be processed only after successful payment authorisation. A payment provider may decline a transaction or carry out its own security and fraud-prevention checks.
9. Digital Delivery
The digital code is sent to the email address entered during checkout. Delivery is scheduled approximately 24 hours before the official release time announced by the relevant publisher or platform.
Customers must provide an accurate and accessible email address and should check their inbox, spam folder and junk folder around the scheduled delivery time.
10. Release Date Changes
Release dates and release times are controlled by the publisher or platform.
If the official release is postponed, the scheduled code delivery will move in line with the newly announced release date or time.
11. Activation and Game Access
The publisher or platform determines when a supplied code can be redeemed, pre-loaded, downloaded or used.
Delivery of a code before release does not guarantee that the game can immediately be downloaded or played.
12. Cancellation Before Code Delivery
A customer may request cancellation before the digital code has been emailed.
The request must be sent to info@game-supply.com and include the order number and the email address used during checkout.
Where the code has not yet been supplied, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded.
13. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights
Where digital content is supplied during the statutory cancellation period, the customer may be asked to expressly consent to early digital supply and acknowledge that the cancellation right will be lost once supply begins.
A valid change-of-mind cancellation will not be accepted after the code has been supplied where the legally required consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered digital content.
14. Invalid, Incorrect or Non-Working Codes
Customers must contact support if a code:
- is invalid;
- was already used before delivery;
- does not match the platform or edition ordered;
- cannot be activated despite meeting the stated requirements; or
- was not received.
15. Technical Review
Game Supply will carry out a reasonable technical review before approving a replacement or refund.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- the order number;
- the email address used during checkout;
- the selected platform and edition;
- a screenshot of the displayed error; and
- other information reasonably required to verify the issue.
16. Replacement and Refunds
- If a code is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, Game Supply will first provide a working replacement where possible.
- If a working replacement cannot be provided or does not resolve the confirmed issue within a reasonable time, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Approved refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Game Supply confirms that the customer is entitled to the refund.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
17. Unique Codes and Personal Use
Every digital code supplied by Game Supply is unique.
Customers must not publish, share, reproduce, transfer or resell a code. Game Supply is not responsible for a code being redeemed by another person after the customer has disclosed or transferred it.
18. Incorrect Customer Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct platform and edition.
A valid code is not considered defective solely because the customer selected an incompatible platform, console, account or edition.
19. Order Cancellation by Game Supply
Game Supply may cancel and refund an order before digital delivery if:
- payment is declined, reversed or unauthorised;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;
- the selected product cannot be supplied;
- material product or pricing information was clearly incorrect; or
- fulfilling the order would breach applicable law or platform rules.
20. Third-Party Platforms
PlayStation and Xbox services are operated by third parties. Game Supply does not control platform maintenance, publisher decisions, account suspensions, network outages or activation schedules.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the relevant platform and publisher terms.
21. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
22. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving customers in the United Kingdom of mandatory consumer protections available to them under applicable UK law.
23. Contact
Questions, cancellations and technical support requests must be sent to info@game-supply.com.
No physical return address applies because Game Supply supplies digital products only.
