Activation and Game Access
Receiving the code does not necessarily mean that the game can immediately be
redeemed, activated, downloaded, pre-loaded or played.
Code redemption, activation, pre-loading, downloading and gameplay

Cancellation Before Code Delivery

After valid digital delivery, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be
available where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been
obtained.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected if the digital content is faulty,
incorrect, misdescribed or not delivered.
Invalid, Incorrect or Non-Working Codes

the displayed error message and screenshots of the issue.
If the code is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, a working replacement
will be provided where possible. If a working replacement cannot be provided,
an appropriate refund will be issued.
